SPEC SHEET

Please print out the following spec sheet, enter your specifications, and fax it back to us for a quote on your custom adapter.  The example shown is a ½”x20x2” adapter w/ 7/8”x20 female thread to fit a #8 handpiece.

B DIAMETER OF MALE ARBOR 1/2”
C  SPEC OF MALE THREAD 1/2” X 20
D SPEC OF FEMALE THREAD (OR WHICH HANDPIECE TO BE USED ON) 7/8”X20
E DEPTH OF FEMALE THREAD (DETERMINED BY LENGTH OF MALE THREAD ON YOUR PART) 7/8”
F  LENGTH OF SOLID HEX (“E” + “F” GIVES TOTAL LENGTH OF HEXAGONAL STEEL) 1/4”
G LENGTH OF MALE ARBOR 1/4”
H LENGTH OF MALE THREAD (“G” + “H” GIVES OVERALL LENGTH OF MALE THREADED PART FOR ATTACHING WHEEL) 1-7/8”
I OVERALL LENGTH OF ADAPTER 3-1/4”

If you know which handpiece the adapter is to be used on we only need to have specs on the following:  ‘B’  ‘C’  ‘G’  ‘H’.  All other items are standard for each handpiece.
